Q1: How does this focus group work?

  • A few times each month, you’ll receive a text invite to test a new product
  • Follow the instructions exactly as described (i.e. using search keywords, then find the image provided), then make the purchase with your Amazon Prime account
  • Reply to that text with the amount you spent (including tax) and then with your purchase order ID
  • 10 days later a product survey will be sent for you to evaluate the product. That’s it!

Q2: How do I get reimbursed for the purchase?

Reimbursements are sent automatically via a platform called Checkbook.io. After you submit details from a purchase, you’ll receive a setup email (from support@checkbook.io) that will walk you through a one-time deposit integration. Q3: What if I don’t see this setup email?

If you’ve already made your purchase and replied with the details (amount spent & order ID), please check your inbox (maybe spam folder) of the email address you used to sign up. If you still do not see it, reach out to customer support (reply H to the instructions text message).

Q4: Do I need to leave a review on Amazon?

Absolutely not! Please ONLY leave your honest feedback in the product survey that comes 10 days after your purchase.

Q5: Can I choose which products to test?

Please participate even if it is not something you’d normally buy. Products are selected by our algorithm to get a range of feedback – & your feedback is needed for each offer! Remember: the more you participate, the more product offers you’ll receive!

Q6: Why am I getting a text reply of “Improperly formatted message”?

A few things could trigger this response. Please be sure you replied after your purchase with the total price (tax included) preceded by a $ with no additional text words.

Q7: Why am I getting a text reply of “The campaign you’re replying to has expired”?

Our product offers are good for one day; you must purchase by midnight (in your time zone) on the day of your offer. If you missed your window, you will have to wait for your next product offer.

Q8: Should I redeem the coupon in Amazon for the product?

Please ONLY redeem a coupon if it is listed in the action text instructions or in red lettering on the matching image.

Q9: How do I redeem a promo code for a product?
