
Q: “How does this focus group work?”
- A few times each month, you’ll be texted an invite to test a new product.
- Follow the instructions exactly as described (seach keywords, then find the image provided), then make the purchase with your Amazon account.
- Reply to this text with the amount you spent (including tax!) and your purchase Order ID.
- 10 days later, a product survey will be sent for you to evaluate the product. Thats it!
Q: How do I get reimbursed for the purchase?
Rebates are sent automatically via a platform called Checkbook.io. After you submit details from a purchase, you’ll receive a setup email (from support@checkbook.io) that will walk you through a one-time deposit integration. All future rebates to be automatically sent to your bank account.
Q: What if I don’t see this setup email?
If you’ve already made your purchase and replied with the details (amount spent and Order ID) please check the inbox and spam folder of the email address you used to sign up. If you still don’t see it, reach out to customer support (reply H to the instructions text message).
Q: “Do I need to leave a review on Amazon?”
Absolutely not! Please only leave your honest feedback in the product survey that comes 10 days after your purchase.
Q: “Can I choose which products to test?”
Please participate even if it’s not something you’d normally buy. Products are selected by our algorithm to get a range of feedback- your feedback is needed for each offer! Remember, the more you participate, the more product offers you’ll receive!
